Returns & refunds
Simple rules to protect customers and keep service fast.

1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. We may refuse returns that show signs of wear, stains, odour, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
2. Return window
Please request a return within 7 days of delivery unless a product page states a different window. We may ask for photos to confirm condition and speed up approval.
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size, we will try to exchange the item (subject to availability). If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund as per the rules below.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Refund timelines vary by payment provider/bank, but typically complete within 5–10 business days after inspection approval.
5. Damaged / incorrect items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
6. Return shipping
Return pickup/shipping rules depend on the reason for return and courier serviceability. If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping may be charged or deducted from the refund where permitted.
7. Non-returnable cases
- Items returned without tags/packaging
- Items that are washed, altered, or visibly used
- Requests raised after the return window
