1. Shipping regions
We currently ship within India unless a product page states otherwise.
2. Order processing / dispatch
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If we cannot dispatch within a reasonable time, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
3. Delivery timelines
Delivery time depends on your pin code and courier network capacity. Typical delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch, but remote locations may take longer.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment. We aim for honest pricing—no hidden fees.
5. Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, we share the tracking link/code once the order is dispatched.
6. Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address. If the parcel has already been handed to the courier, address changes may not be possible.
7. Failed delivery / returned shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery failure, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you. Re-shipping may require additional charges.
8. Damaged or missing items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product(s). We will investigate and assist as per our returns policy.
